We do not collect payment information. We have no cookies. Your sign-in session and the items in the last row live in your browser's local storage, which you can clear at any time.
To operate and secure the directory; to review and moderate contributions; to verify ownership claims; to send sign-in links and the notifications and digest emails you ask for; to respond to you; and to detect abuse and fraud. We do not use your data to profile you or for advertising.
These services process data on our behalf. Each has its own privacy terms.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect people or the Service, or in a sale or merger of the business.
Listings, listing photos, reviews, your display name on them, and the exact location of any place you add are public to anyone. Do not post anything you want kept private. If a listing is your home and you want it removed, email us.
Account and contribution data stays until you ask us to delete it or we remove it. Claim verification photos are deleted 90 days after the claim is decided. Unused uploaded photos are cleaned up automatically. Server logs kept by our providers follow their own schedules.
Email alex@farmfind.app from your sign-in address to see, correct or delete your account and data. We will respond within 30 days. Deletion removes your account and personal data. Reviews and listings you posted may be anonymized or removed; we may keep records needed to prevent abuse or meet legal duties. You can turn off notifications and digests in the app, and revoke location permission in your browser or phone settings. Residents of states with privacy laws may have additional rights; contact us and we will honor them where they apply.
Data is encrypted in transit. Claim photos are stored in a private area visible only to authorized administrators. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
FarmFind is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
We will post changes here and update the date. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email.
